Wesham Road Runners has a series of club standards that members can work towards. These are open to all members and are based on age group.
There are four different standards – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Members need to complete four of the six distances to the required times for their age category. Once you enter the next age category, you will start again from scratch.
Times can be used more than once within an age category, so if for example you submitted 3 times at bronze level and 1 at silver, you would only be eligible for the bronze award, but you can use the silver time again.
